The policies of VAISOR retail stores may differ substantially from those applicable to your use of the VAISOR Web site. VAISOR stores in Puerto Rico have their own policies.

References to VAISOR herein refer to VAISOR Co., Inc., VAISOR.com, LLC, or their affiliates, subsidiaries and designees as deemed appropriate by VAISOR.

VAISOR reserves the right to make changes to the VAISOR Web site and its Conditions of Use and Legal Notices at any time. Each time you use the VAISOR Web site, you should visit and review the then current Conditions of Use, Legal Notices and Privacy Policy that apply to your transactions and use of this site. If you are dissatisfied with the VAISOR Web site, its content or Conditions of Use and Legal Notices, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the VAISOR Web site.

Tampering with the site, misrepresenting the identity of a user, using buying agents or conducting fraudulent activities on the site are prohibited.


Pricing Policy
Online prices and selection generally match those in our stores, but may vary. Prices and offers are subject to change.

Online Price Guarantee
We will refund 100% of the difference if a price on VAISOR.com is reduced within 30 days of the shipping, pickup or special delivery date (14 days for desktop computers, notebooks, monitors, camcorders, digital cameras and radar detectors, 60 days on HDTVs purchased from 7/27/08 through 10/04/08). You may receive the lower price only by calling 1-888-VAISOR (1-888-237-8289). We will honor the lower price only if it is displayed on our Web site when you notify us. Exclusions apply. Our price matching policy also ensures you pay the lowest price for a product available at both VAISOR Digital.com and VAISOR stores. (VAISOR stores in Puerto Rico do not price match VAISOR.com prices.) Price adjustments can be made both before and after purchase, according to these conditions:
Exclusions: The Price Guarantee does not apply to our or our competitors' free offers, limited-quantity items, items for sale November 28th & 29th, 2008, open-box items, clearance items, Outlet Center items, mail-in offers, financing, bundle offers or pricing errors.

Return Policy
Most items purchased may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase. In addition a defective item may be repaired or replace within 90 days of purchase under VAISOR ™ Warranty Policy, or within the manufacturing’s warranty period, whichever is longer. See the Warranty Policy below for more information. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition (except for damage caused by any product defect) with the original packaging materials (including the barcode/UPC label), accessories, instructions and the original sales receipt, otherwise your product may not be eligible for return or its return may be subject to a refurbishing fee. VAISOR ™ performs a careful inspection of all returned items for signs of use or wear. Where VAISOR ™ determines that a returned item has not be subjected to any prior use, the returned item is sold as new or refurbished otherwise.

Product Display/Colors
The VAISOR Web site attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and VAISOR reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, VAISOR will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with VAISOR's Return Policy.
